I am in my "2wks wait" now. Don't want to move much (actually I am just lazy).
But I will go to the gym room after this 2ww if I am not bingo. Want to invest more for my own well-being.
Some medical opinion said that PCOS would be "recover" but the seriousness will drop when the patient is approaching her menopause. I think this really make sense as one produce more FSH and then the LH concentration will become RELATIVELY less which helps to improve the "FSH/LH" ratio.
Anyway, the only things that a PCOS sufferer can do to alleviate the hormone imbalances are to eat well and to do exercises.
You may like to google "COS diet" and there are many very good advices and recommendations.
Sangria, I am lazy to do exercise, too!
Today, I went jogging for 25mins... i was freezing!
What's inside my head is, i must keep myself fit and
healthy at this moment, then my bb will come to me naturally, automatically! I hope i can provide a good room for it to grow in my womb.
but sometimes, really tired.
