I got fat before too! but I don't believe I alway like that (no figures-curves.. fat....), so joined yoga since April, & also keep diet everyday, mainly eat vegetables, eggs, milk, cheese...avoid snacks, meats..).

You can do it! just keep hard on exercise, it's better than only focus on Diet!!

i really don't have any idea. my face like a pig head when i woke up this morning.
i seldom get skin allergy after i learnt yoga though mu skin is sensitive type.
#### this time! waste my money to consult doc!
before i practice yoga, i usually visit doc twice a mth, one for cold one for skin allergy.

gee....... i went to gym & now i practice hot yoga 3 times a week. i need to pay more attention on my diet. i lost only 7 pds within this 3 mths.

如果突然腫到好似豬頭咁, 而你都係用返平時d 護膚品, 咁應該係食物敏感多喎... 可能出街食野, d 野食有d 香料都可以trigger 個身體有敏感架.

呢云我都要on diet 啦, 我尋日收到驗血報告, 發現我d 膽固醇level 就黎超過個 upper limit. 我都唔知典解, 我又唔食海鮮, 又唔食斑, 肉又唔食得多, 薯條果d 都唔係多, 點解個level 會咁高! :-(
