我今日都do the best去bf 比zoey食, 但原來我左邊乳房已經出血啦, 所以呢邊要停止比bb食, 會用奶pump來pump奶, 右邊乳房會繼續比zoey啜,

頭幾日上唔到奶我都有補formula比佢食, 但今日下午開始我try to feed on demand, 點知就出血啦, 所以依家唔知好唔好繼續BF + bottle feed 比zoey食.

What kind of trust are you referring to? Do you know what's the tax benefit difference between "trust" and "living will" (what are the major diff between the two)?

We got the living trust package for months but still procrastinate to finish reading the detail terms, sign it and got it notarized. We got it via online company and they sent us a package. We need to fill out that doc and have it notarized. Please share any info if you gather more info about this. :)

出血都餵得, as long as 你tolerate 到個pain.
食tylenol 650mg 30min ahead before 你offer 流血個邊嘅nipples. *not more than 4 times a day*
要塗 lansinoh cream 喇.
Gabriel 同Amanda 頭一個月, 日日做吸血疆C飲血奶架
你要唔要我observe 你 skin to skin technique, 要就出聲..

細pool 唔駛水泡, as 水深1/2 to 3/4呎 only
大pool 水深 1-2呎, 要大人accompany
滑水play ground, 要大人accompany, 大人都會通身濕哂
8呎trampoline -- 每次可以maximum 2 kids 一齊玩跳彈床
sand& water box-- for age 2+
electric jeep -- for age 3+
車仔-- for age 1+
bubble fun -- any age
chalk +color fun -- for age 2+
INDOOR
2/F play room

所有activity 都要家長陪同啊

請大人帶t-shirt, short 同內衣褲, 小朋友帶 swim suit, swim diaper, + 睡衣

我肥bear 喺china town 買定三文治, all snacks, 加1枝1litre 水, nurse 又俾ginger ale 我, plus 我帶thermos 真空bottle 入滿滾嘅紅棗水..
生完, bewteen 肥bear 返屋企攞薑飯.. 我仲有嘢食住先..

肥bear 會 about 12-12:30pm 去8Ave pick up as 第一個cake 會1-2pm 切呀.. plus, 中午夠熱.. 玩水唔會凍親呀!
你同 patvicbb 約好時間.. then call us @ 12號朝早..
from staten island 出8Ave just 10-15 min.. ^o^

作用唔會好大..
會crack 因為BB啜嘅吸力, plus BB口水係會令nipple 損...
BB一出世就喺產房offer nipples
記得帶lansinoh cream 入院, 每餵完人奶就 apply cream.
會陰傷口一般痛5-7曰, normally 2weeks 一定埋口..

記住.. 我唔贊成自然C裂生產.. 咁會prolong傷口癒合, 以及以後行房可能會產生痛楚
如揀natural birth, 請叫醫生cut 會陰 if necessary.
