i hv ans u in another page but i feel so strange u guys hv prob with these locks wor...
it's very basic in doing asana. it's so strange if pure & planet havn't explained it in details.
jandt, as what i said, i think it's a main reason for u get hurt. even in a mountain pose, u need to lock ur bandha then ur hips won't go out . in inversion pose, u can't do it well if u hvn't lock ur bandha.
me a bit busy these few days. can talk a bit abt it more while we meet next time, ok?

上次 full moon 囉, 醫師唔准我去上堂嘛, 淨係屋企做幾個 therapy 動作咋, 第一日都做到我無命, 果幾個係train core 既動作, 做完沖涼都10點要訓了..... :lol:

ya.. this week not too many msg here... I'm busy too... big boss will be here for meeting today till Sun... & have to organise the BD party for my boss tomorrow night.
