You can check the forums in BK about post-partum recipes. Nillie has posted some in the part of US mom forums and I have seen some other in other topics too. I have cut and paste some of them but save it in the office's computer. Since I have something still not finished at workplace, I may have a chance to go back to office in these 2 days and I would try to email back to home. If I get it, I would pm to you. Ginger rice is easy, just grate some ginger, add oil to the wok and stir fry it to the rice. For chicken wine, it's better to have it at least after 12 days. The simpliest recipe is chicken rice - marinate the chicken with some salt (don't put soy sauce if you end up with c-section because it would affect the wound) and corn starch, steam it with wooden ears and gold needles. Eat it with rice, it's already very good. You can also stir fry all the ingredients too and it would be less fatty. Or, you can put the chicken and other ingredients directly into a rice cooker and cook it with rice. The flavor will be absorbed by the rice, it's not just good for health but also delicious. Oh, remember to prepare stir-fried rice for making rice tea now when you have time. I only drink this, soup and milk in the first month after my baby born. There're many many other recipes, see if I can find my file and I would send it to you. It makes my mouth watery just by thinking about all these...
