Today is my 1st day of leave and I had my dietitian and ob appointments this morning. My ob said that I am 2cm dilated already but the cervix is still thick. Since I have virus infection, I need to have antibiotics at least 4 hours b4 the baby born, and I have belly pain up to the lower back and hips yesterday night, she nearly wants to send me to the hospital and starts IV. Finally, she let me goes home which is only 5-10 minutes drive away from the hospital. She told me if I experience another belly pain, I should go directly to the hospital because 2nd labor can be real fast. So, I'm sort of waiting. My ob even said that I might be in labor either tonight or in 2-3 days. My hubby was terrified - last time, he was at work and left his cell phone in the truck. Finally, I need to call 911 to have the ambulance to send me to hospital. He felt so guilty and he hopes that he can be with me this time.
