你可用google打nyc swimming pool就搵到,
不過呢, 呢度既pool唔岩咁細個b去架, 我本想帶叻叻去pool玩, 但原來呢度既public pool係冇kiddie pool架, 得大人pool, 仲要有成4'水, 又唔可自帶水泡, 所以我地都係帶bb去beach玩多. 而家summer, 好多park都有比噴水既area係比bb玩, 但hinhin未識行, 就煩d, 因佢唔可自己玩, 你要同佢一齊玩, 就會全身都wet架啦.
係呀..bb細個時見多d人, 佢都冇咁細膽,叻叻都係成日去街街.

有呀, 果位mami好似都係住nyc, 我都叫左佢黎呢個topic post msg, 不過可能佢係新入黎bk, 未識點黎呢度掛, 佢都有pm我問我係唔係住nyc, 我pm番佢又得啵..

另, 今日叻叻有少少running nose, 同埋個身有d熱, 下午check過有100f, 頭先同佢沖完多一次涼, 過左一個鐘再check99.1f, 我諗都ok, 半夜要睇下佢先, 而家天氣時冷時熱, 一下吸番d汗入去, 好麻煩. 唔知明天再有果少少running nose好唔好睇醫生呢, 但我又想佢會抵抗力會好...大家有咩意見.

Now, I have red/pink/brown discharge everyday and some contraction but they are not regular though some of them are really hurt and last for at least 20 seconds. So, I'm sort of waiting.

So, you can keep the pump in the box first and see if there's any supply from hospital. Last time, the nurse provides me a pump (hospital style) and persuade me to start pumping to stimulate milk production. Then, my son had jaundice and needed to do photo-therapy. So, the nurse gave me some bottles to store the milk (all are Medela). Then, when the hospital discharged us, we got a whole bunch of nipples, bottles, wipes, diapers and formula. Therefore, you can see if your hospital would provide these before buying extra.

For cleaning the bottles, I use a little bit of regular detergent to clean the nipple as well as the bottles and the other parts (I use Dr. Brown bottles - a lot of parts to be cleaned), brush all the parts clean and rinsed them with warm water. Then, put all the parts on to a rack to let them dry. For pump, I would disassemble all the parts and wash them with a little bit of detergent or hand soap. Then, I will put all of them into the steam bag (Medela), put some water inside and microwave the whole bag for a few minutes. Afterwards, pour the water, take out all the parts, let them dry on a rack or dry them with kitchen towels.

How are you holding up?
How are Amanda and Gabriel doing? Do they know what happen to Ying EE?
I will ask around in my Church and see any body has any referral.
Just want to ask you if you need your nanny to cook?
Any specific requirement? In the meantime, you and fat bear take good care of yourselves ah.

I just made an appointment for my annual checkup.
I didn’t go to Dr. Wan but to Dr. Miu kwok yung.
He is very nice and doesn’t have to wait long for appointment.

Nillie,
I called Dr. Mary Wong.
But the nurse said I have to wait for a month since I am a new patient.
So I just go to back to my previous OB la.

Don't worry so much, I hope Ying EE's curgery is successful and she will come to full recovery. She is still young and will be fine. As for the kids, they will adopt the change fairly quick so don't worry too much. Fat bear can take care of Gabriel for now and in the mean time, you can find a Nanny lor. Sorry I don't know anyone that can refer you live in nanny. My sister in law has a nanny but then she only works like 9 hrs for 5 days. Take good care of yourself before you can take good care of the kids.
For the lead toys, are they part of the fisher price recall? I head the lead is over the standard limit by 0.01% and hopefully that won't be much damage. Take care ar!!!!

Avent bottle is a bit bigger so it wont' fit the Medela. But then you can get other regular bottler such as the toysrus store brand (first year, it think) they are the cheaperest I can find and I still have a whole bunch of them. But if you are going to freeze the milk, I would suggest use the bag for that as you can lay the bag flat and that won't take up much space and you can write the day on the bag so you can keep track of the time it's being in the freezer. I used different bags, Gerber, The first Year, Medela and Lansinoh bag, and Lansinoh is probably the best, it double sealed so it won't leak and it's cheaper in Target. If you plan to store the bm as much as you want, you might want to get a chest freezer to put it in the basement of garage so you can separate the bm and other food from you fridge's freezer. If you are not gonna freeze the milk, then it might be better to just use the botter to store milk. Usually fresh bm can stay at the fridge for up to 7 days but I usualy won't keep it there for longer than 3 to 5 days. Frozen milk can be store up to 6 months. But some ppl even tell me it can be store up to 12 months (I think that's a bit too much) You still have time to think...... do you have Target around your area? So even if you don't get it now, you can have your c6 get it for you later :)

Kaden is all better la, pedi is still on vacation but I made a appt for him to go next tue for check up so I am gonna tell the pedi next week. The nurse told us to give him allegra and all the rash are gone. We are thinking that could be the sudden weather change and last friday and sat was a bit cold, or maybe he ate some cashew that we gave KTV but then no one saw it..... but I didn't find it in his poo though.... We will be more careful next time.
I feel sad that I missed the gathering..... and the green tea cake... I LOVE CAKE!!
Jayne, where is the bakery?? My sister in law is in forest hill and maybe we can go get the cake next time we go visit her!
Rachel, wow, you are going just you and the two little one....so brave ar!! but take good care!!
Carrie, I meant to call Nillie on sunday but then Kaden was cranky and only wanted me to hold him and he is getting so big, holding him for a long time is very tired, and then I fall asleep as he fall asleep. Let me PM you my cell phone la.

Speaking of check up, I didn't go for a while too.... it's about time for me too...... Dr, Wan moved, right? It seems like they can't get a stable partner wo, Dr. Wong and Dr. Li didn't stay for long..... I head that they don't do check up on weekend too ar..... only on weekdays, is that true? I will probably need to schedule it in Oct to as I will be really busy at work in Sept.

Thanks. My hubby calls me everyday at work now. He said that he will have his phone with him even when he's working on the post and definitely will answer it (he won't answer when he's working on the post usually). But, I still worry because his workplace is farer away than before. It takes him at least 30 mins to come back home. He asks his friend who works in the city to standby in case that he cannot get back on time. Also, my brother is working in downtown. Last time, he took a cab to the hospital and waited for me there. So... I'm waiting....

i heard from other moms who also delivered in the same hospital that the hospital will provide a bunch of stuffs, so i'll wait and see

ar, after reading your message, you reminded me that Nillie also taught me to use coarse salt to clean the plastic nipples, which can take away the dirt effectively ... also, after sterilizing the bottles and parts, put them straight into the fridge to minimize contamination.

these days i get tired easily ... wanna sleep more ... tomorrow will see OB again
