Just wonder whether the function are more or less the same when you use "Karcher" as compare to Rainbow, how often would you use to vacuum the mattress, since my kid has little allergy-based, so I am considerating of getting one so as to purify his room better, can you give me some advice.

Don't buy the rainbow because they are selling with at least double price in Hong Kong.
I bought a latest Rainbow E2 vacuum with the price HKD19980 few days ago. But after I bought it, I found that the price in local USA is just around USD800-USD1200 ! also, I was quote a price on net from a distributor, the answer is they quote me USD650 plus USD81 DHL charges to Hong Kong with everything same pakage !
I was very disappointed about this Hong Kong distributor to mark up a 4 times price to selling to our Hong Kong people and get the feeling of cheating by them !
I will also see demo this weekend. I had read a lot of reviews in the internet and most of the users are happy with this Rainbow (but also said that they are expensive!)
There is another brand called Hyla who claimed to be better than Rainbow.
I surfed their website and though the machines look less bulky than Rainbow, I just doubt the durability of the 'thinner' material
