I want a copy of those menu too coz my daughter is now trying the rice cereal only...only 3 - 5 teaspoon a day..but it seems the taste not good...could you please send the menu for me? thanks!
my son is now 3 mths and 3 wks old, i'm thinking of giving him to try the rice cereal when he reach 4 mths but i have some queries, dont know whether any of the mama here can help me.
1. my son doesnt poo everyday, normally once every two days or sometimes three days, if i give him cereal will it get worst?
2. how can i prepare the cereal? what is the portion of cereal to milk powder?
