I have just come to SF for a month. My daughter started her school day yesterday. It is terrible to bring those two monsters in the flight. Now I am very busy to take care two monsters. I am happy to know you all.

To all:
I am so worry now because my glucose is too high agagin ( 3-hours test)....my ob-gyn doctor refer me to a nuturionist :-x :-x and she doesn't accept my health insurance :-( :-( ....any mummy here have same experience ~~~ glucose too high

my doctor warn me that my baby might get too big....and it will force me to give birth by c-session

is that true??????
beside lower my sweet sugar pie and starch...what else should I be aware of???? please help if you gals knows.... :-( :-( I really don't want to see any nuturionist :-( :-(

helloruby’s answer is right, the silver ring /coin for absorbing the blue out. Take out the egg yolk and then put the silver inside the egg white, wrap in a handkerchief to massage the blue area.
Now, I’ve not enough breast milk for my baby too, my menstruation already visited me la. I have the Frisogrow formula for my baby boy in HK, but when I gave birth in US for my daughter, Similac also recommended by the Hospital.

Don’t worry! You had only one time test???? I like sweet food, when I was in US, I eat so many biscuits with chocolate during my pregnancy, and the nurse taught me does not eat sweet food for 1 week before the glucose test. Maybe I had eat some , so the report was high, I did the 2nd time test, this time I didn’t eat any sweet food even the蕃薯糖水, so the 2nd time’s report can pass (but it’s at the margin line) :-P :-P

I graduated at the Community College ( California ) in USA. Every cities have their community college. That's cheaper than University. Santa Monica has a beach and near LAX airport.

I have studied in Santa Monica College for 1 year. But it was 10 years ago.

The city is nice, but the rent is high. Many many Hong Kong students. Your niece can also consider Pasadena City College. I heard it is also a very nice community college and it is more close to the China town.

Hi Pepsi,
Though I don't have this experience during my pre nancy (though I gain 40 something pounds!!, maybe my blood sugar is low before), I have friends have these experience. You have to look into yr diet, avoid all sugars. (for example, rice, ice-cream, chocolate, etc....) The worst come to the worst you need to inject some medicine (something to reduce/control yr glucose ) into yr body every day by yourself.

One of my sister had that high glucose problem with both of her pregnancies, sometimes it might be because of the food intakes or it is just your body and a lot of pregant women have that problem too, 1st of all, don't panic, my sister had 2 sons with natural deliveries and they are very healthy too. Try to avoid any sweet food and as you know, sweet doesn't make any good to the baby anyway so why not try to avoid most of them(like, the soda, chocolate, sweet soup and drink the low fat milk instead, ) . My sister didn't see the nutrionist when she found that problem she just watched her diet a little bit more and tried to gain the weight with the right amount ( less than 4 pounds per month), I know a friend gave birth to a 9 pounds baby too but just bear in mind, not every woman can do and have the ability to do that. :-P
Personally, I don't think you will need to see the nutrionist for now unless you feel something wrong with your body, like fatigue,dizziness,hungry all time and sweat much more than usual then those might be signs for you to seek advise. Just don't worry too much okay?!

I'm in US but I will go to HK in mid-Sept with my hubby and son for 5 weeks. Looks like you enjoy your time with your hubby very much wor....

All other moms,
Hope all is well. I've started to potty training my son and it has been almost 2 weeks. He's making some progress but still, he won't able to tell me when he wants to go pee and I've to remind him to the potty like every 1-2 hours. I hope the training will go over soon as I feel like potty training is the most difficult part in my life now

For the負離子 treatment, i know a Salon in SF which they do it and they charge $300, so in LA is far more cheaper wor.....
