原來係咁!! 有時上堂, 睇得個 instructor demo, 就唔記得睇下個 mirror, 睇下自己做做 arm 唔 arm. 有時又俾人 block 住, 睇唔到自己.

以你地的 experience, 邊個位好 d 呢?? 會唔會 1st row 最左 or 最右好 d 呢?? 可以前面 & 側邊都無人, 可以望到鏡.

我都覺得 living d 堂越來越差, 我以前都可以在 pre-natal 之前 or 後上多一堂 hatha 1, 但係而家就........ 完全無得上2堂連續. 連隔一個 hr 都係無野 arm 我!! :evil:

y-day 1st time to attend this. at the beginning coudln't follow the flow. thus, instructor stood next to me (he also did it with whole class non-stop). in the sequence of forward fold, maybe he found that i could do better than him, so funny he said "師姊你個下爬可以再申前ｄ”
