the nanny i have now worked for us for a couple of years
before, she quit to find an elder care job but come back to us just a week ago....she is the only one that we trust..
we put an ad on the singtao paper before and found a
malaysian nanny. My 1 1/2 yr old baby scream every
single time when i leave him with her and i feel like . she
twisted my baby's arm twice & he couldnt move well..now he's ok but i feel like i am abusing my kid if i
keep her any longer with us so finally we couldnt take it
and fired her. it's very hard to find a good one sorry i dont have any referral....i was even thinking about quitting my job to be a full time mom becuz of this freaking nightmare.i think the best way is to send the kid to day care if
you can't find a good one. at least he/she is safe.

just received a call from daycare, eddy got fever AGAIN....and he had diarrhea yesterday
now his daddy taking him to doctor

, it really hard to take care 3 kids especially boys plus you are a full time working Mom as well. Yes, I am coming from HK as well, so glad can find this forum and chat with these nicely mom here. . I do think it will make me crazy
