故事好有激勵性，但今天我們的孩子有幾人具備那份令人動容的堅持呢？

講開又講,一個本來琴技令老師搖頭嘆息既11歲小孩,竟能在幾星期內自學成才,彈奏出如斯精彩既莫札特的第 21號c大調協奏曲，又好似神話左D！

Hi csk,

For the 24/2 competition, I think it may take 2-3 minutes for each performer depending on the adjudicator - some are very fast while others may take more time to write their comments. They will probably start the 2nd session after 3pm the reporting time. Say if they start at 3:30pm, then candidate No. 45 may not have finished by 4:15pm.

I feel safer to arrive at competition when there are still 15 candidates to play before me. My daughter needs more time to settle down. For your son's 1/3 competition, if he is No. 27 and he arrives at the time when No. 12 plays, that would be around 2:50pm. As some candidates may not turn up, 2:45pm is a safer arrival time.

Thanks for your concert posting. I saw the poster too and found it interesting. However, given only week from the Music Festival competition, there seems so many things to attend to : the school choir songs, the not so up to standard piano solo, her solo singing... I think we need to retain more practise time.

我同 Maggie 都好鍾意睇 '小交' 既音樂會, 佢地攪左好多好有教育意味既音樂會, 對增進小朋友音樂上既知識/視野很有好處, 又可令聽音樂會變得更有趣 :-P ! 阿女今年校際比較遲比賽, 可以睇完再努力 :lol: .

I like the Sinfonetta's concerts too and agree that they are very educational and interesting too. Hope we can attend some concerts together after the Music Festival.

Concert是不是6:30pm開始？囝囝下午在大會堂比賽，他爸爸也會去聽，我不用煩接送；那天下午在六國有同級小提琴比賽，所以我想臨尾去聽下評語，剛巧又係阿囝生日，聽完concert要趕回家食飯，好似好忙碌！

Yes, the concert starts at 6:30pm but ticket distribution starts at 6:00pm (for popular concerts, all tickets are given out in a few minutes). Hope your son will have an enjoyable competition and happy birthday on Friday.

Many thanks for your kind invitation and arrangement!

Perhaps you can ask your son to play one or two pieces on Friday night as well?

My sons are not yet ready in performing their competition pieces as their competition dates are 7,17 and 21 March. Anyway, I'm most grateful to meet you and your kids and listen to their performances. Perhaps you can give some 2nd opinions to my boys.

我囡今日剛參加完校際, 成績在我意料以外, 我成日都覺得佢麻麻, 但居然有 merit, 當然離冠軍的分數有一大段距離, 不過對我們來說已很鼓舞. 回想她第一年參賽時, 連證書也沒有資格取, 只有分紙, 我還上來向大家請教一番, 才如夢初醒的替她轉老師. 第二年有了進步, 已可以取得證書. 今年我是有希冀的, 終於給我如願以償. 我還希望明年, 後年, 年年都有進步, 哈哈我係咪好貪心呢...

希望各位小朋友都能全力以赴, 獲得佳績.
