做 cobra 時對手唔受力架, elbow 係曲, 主要係靠個back muscle 令你上半身提高. 所以有時prof 會要我地對手離地, 以示我地冇靠對手支撐囉.

我覺得新手黎講, 好難齋聽instruction 做動作, 會幾confusing 架.

i don't recommend to use these luxury products, we have two hands and two foots are good enough to do poses :-P :-P :-P put a towel on the mat is a good choice

我老公行商務時買左繁體版, hk$167
簡體書店如新城書店(cwb)有賣簡體版, hk$25

簡體版"light on yoga" 在尚書堂有得賣, hk$87

我另外睇既forum 多數只係講下邊個老師點樣唔掂, 問下package價錢, 只有一個唔錯, pm 比你

i really love to attend Kapil's class, but his schedule doesn't suit me well. there are always kryoga/pat yoga class during lunch time, but not led by Kapil.

I may be able to attend Samrat's class on Saturdays though. however, i prefer attending Prof's class rather.

我口頭上問左prof yoga sun & pranayama 做乜. 佢話係做sun salutation, 由好慢一路做到好快好快架喎, 跟著有d stretching 同埋同A&

差唔多既pranayama. 跟著佢話"yoga sun 唔係我教架, 係eshwar 教". 所以我話佢知星期五佢要教時, 佢好surprised 呀. 原來佢地唔係好知自己要上咩堂.

我頭先去左買爸爸啦. 幫你問左, 星期日同公眾假期唔開. 平日開到 7.30pm, 星期六就7.00pm. 我介紹左老板娘上呢個網呀, 唔知會唔會比佢摷到我地呢?
