you can call them to ask for free trial class, then compare with centre you like it.. about the fee, better to check with their sales directly.

唔係呀, 我係上ashutosh 果個sat yoga (b). 不過原來今日class change, 變左做prof 既hatha (b). 除左prof 個hatha (m), 我唔敢上其他m 啦.

敢上prof 既 (m) 係因為我上過, 覺得都還可以. 同埋我覺得上prof 堂冇壓力之餘佢又鼓勵到我可以做好d. 其他未試過就會好驚. 我記得rabbit 話deva 果個(m) 有monkey pose... 好難喎!

我第一次上(m) 都算好彩, 得幾丁人上堂咋. 之後都次次有30 個以上.
