Does anyone know if the child is in overseas now, how can I apply for the P.1 (2004-5) for her? I have sent email to the "Education Department" for months and several times, no reply from them. I want to apply for my "tiger-girl" for P.1. I know the tiger-kids will receive this form when attending K.3 in coming Sept. Please help. Thanks.

--this Sept. round is not compulsory. The compulsory (central allocation) round takes place from March-June 04. So you still have time to wait for ED's reply. patient, patient and patient.
--If you want to apply private schools and participate the Sept. round, better come back HK in late Aug (may start emailing target private schools now on the application schedule and so), and register with the ED (of course with a HK address) respectively.
--or do you have someone in HK to take care of this.
--as the child is from overseas, higher chance to get into international school, and the application is year round, I supposed.
You need to check these up as the above is just my personal observation and reasoning.

i have a target school, and want to apply at first round. what should i do?? i really have no idea about this. the only thing i know is i have about 20 (??) points and that there is no need for interview at this first round. if this is a failure, then will wait for the "central lottery". i may try to email to the headmistress for this too, don't know if she will reply.
Since you have a target school (a subsidised/governmdent one), I think what you can do now is to register with ED. I guess the target school will give you the similar answer. Good luck!!!
Normal Revision! My son told me this afternoon when he back home. He really confident will have 100 marks today.
You know, I am not so nervous on this assessment compare with the last time. I don't know why but may be don't wanted to put so much pressure on him or may be he have a lot of improvement.
Do you think they have a good spelling?(man,fan,gun,bun,red,run,jug,bug)
My son....ah.......not too bad!
