Don't be upset! Actually, when I was working, my boss told me off all the time. He scolded me with rediculous stuff, such as my writing was not good (actually, his writting was horrible). I think it's common in the office unless you are good in socializing.

I heard that there is a serial killer or several killers in South London. Be careful, if you don't feel save, you can come over.
I also have some multivitamin for pregnant woman. If you need it, please let me know.

Pigpig,
Don't be upset lah, this is part of work, if something goes wrong or not done, your line manager is not going to tell the other managers that he is crap, and a completely helpless that he can't even do his part of the job. When thinks like this happen (which is very often) just take a deep breath and say "it's not personal it's just work!" if you feel so bad with working with this manager you have 2 options,1) Go to HR and ask for a transfer to another team or 2) look for another job! no point working in a company that don't really appreciates their employees and if you have the skills and experience then that's should not be a hard thing to do!

Don't be upset lah! your line manager is not worth it! :)

we went to a si fu too... cause we had no idea on the chinese name front! which one are you planning ah? or how long you are staying for? most don't have to see your baby to give the name, and the worse one is So Man Fung Can do it all on line, and if you go to him he will just read the names out to you PLUS he even said in his web that he don't believe in Naming babies so stupid!!! We ended up at Lee Shing Jak, he gave us about 30 names and graded them in 3 stages depended on your "ming pun" for Callum's case his was graded 85% good, 80% and 70% (my friend's son had 95%) there about 10 names on each page you can mix and match then as long as the second word is from the 2nd batch and the the 3rd is from the 3rd batch and you can't use them if word is same or sound the same, i had so hard time as i am from a BIG family there was soooooooo many words i can't use, the good things is he spends about 1/2 explaining your baby's Ming Pun to you and what the words mean which was good for me cause my chinese is bad

then he gives you a casset of the whole thing but the thing is no one as a casset now i can't even listen to the tape!!

妳個情人節都過得幾特別喎, 咁最後邊個係winner先? 我都話生女好架啦, 小娃真係叻識得提醒daddy送花比妳, 佢果然係醒目女, 有前途!
我呢胎好似真係比較陀得低, 不過應該無咩問題呱, lulu都有摸我個肚架, 仲問小b幾時出世添, 佢好似真係想做個好哥哥咁, 我都算安慰! 佢而家成30多磅, 我都無咩抱佢喇, 佢多數要daddy”咩”or抱多d!

咁妳果時搵李丞澤要幾$呀? 我lulu個名都係搵師傅改架, but我知而家佢加晒價, 改名要貴一倍, 所以我都煩緊今次搵邊個師傅幫小b改呢!

Dear all

thanks for all yr support and encouragement.

I feel better already..

I can easily get a job outside but just that I don;t want to change job too often.

I had change job 3 times over pass 3 years.

average 1 job 1 year.
this affect my promotion..
since I can't develop the skill I need to become a senior.

also as I told u all that I am planning to have bb end of this year..
if I change job now I might not be able to enjoy the maternity benefit with the new company..

So now I am really into a dilemma..

Also some of my colleague said I shouldn't change job because of one person..

I had raised my issue with a senior management already.. they are trying to transfer me to a new associate who will start 1 of march..

so I will try hard to make sure that I will be transfer to this new manager... hope that he will be much better than my existing manager.

I was really upset not just because of he doesn;t like me.. I know everyone have diff favour.. so u can't make other people like u..

but I was really upset he make joke of me in front of other people and also saying sth like I am useless and do nothing (blaming me that I am wrong) but in fact when I have nothing to do is because he didn;t give me any work (he is the worse manager in term of making sure people have work)

also went mistakes happened, he will say its my fault but he never check my work and tell me exactly on what he want..

I was so upset that he tell lie....
