Thx as I wonder why using normal flour is success but fail when using Gluten free flour. I have called Panasonic customer service but they reply they didn’t hear Gluten Freeflour before. It is really bad service.
Thanks a lot for your info. I use Dove Farm flour but fail. The bread is hard and not grow. I wonder if it is not enough water or Panasonic is not design to make Gluten free bread. However, other brand like Kenwood also have such mode. Very strange.
