by 1歲3week old, as 佢similac ready to use 飲晒, on the same day, 巳直接switch to whole milk. 又冇problem..
as milk 巳係副食物喇.
1歲Amanda 's dairy
7am milk 6oz
11am rice cereal mixed with 4oz milk + 2.5oz milk (bottle)
2:30pm milk 8.5oz
5:50pm yobaby 1box, milk .5oz
7pm rice, veggies, meat, 1 big box, Gerber fruit puff 40pic, icecream, water 2oz
10pm milk 6oz

formula 營養太好..會做成obesity.. so over 1year old, 係應該轉 whole fat milk. 其他 nutrition 應來自solid food 囉

If she is in NYC, she better takes the IELTS instead of Tofel, because nursing is the job which needs communication.. Tofel is a computer multiple choice exam..
She can go and take the IELTS first, then call her nursing school in hk, to prepare all documentation, (plus transcript send from nursing school directly), plus the verification of her license from broad of nursing in hk. (sent the verification from Broad of nursing directly).
then fill in the form and send by mail.
ask your friend to go online to the new york nursing board, download and print out the application form and fill it in.
Plus, go online to CGFNS.com to let them know, she needs the verification for her nursing license.
She is a RN or a LPN (EN).. the process is a bit different.

I didn't shop any NB clothes yet, coz is still a summer season, I will wait the winter clothes come out later law, just my 99 told me she bought some in HK jar mar, I already told her don't buy too much gar lar

. I might get some for NB and 3 months, just in case I am having a big baby and the best thing in US is you can return them later mar.

Zoey is such a big baby girl, and means she is very healthy as well

希望halloween唔好太冷啦..因叻叻套outfit係冇袖.到時都要加件野比佢係入面著先得.

zoey仲咁細..兩個鐘食一次都好正常,叻叻果時1.5hrs就要食啦..食到2個月先轉番3個hrs食一次咋.
如果zoey食得咁好..好可能你人奶內既fat非常多, 你有幾多佢都吸收晒..

唔洗驚..bb一出院就會有針card跟住架啦..醫生會叫你次次去checkup都帶埋針card去,佢會寫低打左咩針,你帶埋針card番hk就得啦..hk醫生都識睇, 我同叻叻去travel都有帶埋. 以備不時之需, 記住帶埋bb出世cert.番hk..你申請d野時都要用.
我知道hk有d 醫生打針係有package買架..會平d, 你去問下人呀. 會慳番d架.

好似carrie咁講, 你到時帶定張針咭返HK, 醫生會識睇. 而香港都會有針咭比你.

問過香港海關, 佢地話一定要有passport先入得境 ( 以前係唔駛). 另外, 依家美國passport normal 要10-12 weeks先OK. 比多$80做快証就 4 wks.

但擒日見醫生, 醫生叫我地開始要轉3個鐘食一次. 佢話唔好比zoey食得咁密.

其實有特快證架, 你去揾熟嘅travel agency, 出張當晚boarding pass, 當日晨早上去 passport center, 話當晚要飛返hk, 做特快passport, 只要俾錢, 當日下午 passport 就會 ready for pick up.
Amanda 本passport 都係即日攞.. **因為我怕寄失Amanda 張birth cert.**
到Gabriel 要攞 passport, 我都會咁做..

i tried to feed my daughter whole milk tonight, she refused again

..... then i gave 8 oz of Similac Go & Grow, and she only intake 6 oz. I mixed the powder with hot boiled water, and let it cool down before feeding her.....can i mix it with cooled, boiled water instead??

I went to the supermarket and can't find "Yobaby" yogurt, do you buy it at specialty baby store? and where do you buy Colby Jack cheese??

呢單料我知, 但係係我申請完passport之後, 我妹妹果朋友先話比我知可以咁樣做.

因醫生見zoey肥得太快..所以會咁講..但我怕zoey抵唔到儔會喊啵..咁要係你自己食既野著手, 少肉同多veggies,多fruit先得啦.
而家zoey先得6wks..你咁快就只有10lbs未減..唔洗膽心啦..好快會廋番晒..個個都話食人奶個媽咪會廋得番架..我就慘啦..叻叻食formula架..所以我仲肥左10lbs...真係撞鬼..而家有成20lbs要減架..
