Mine is in Planet. I heard they'll have a new branch in Winsor House, Causeway Bay (hot + yoga) for women only end of 2006.

You better to call for free trial class for both to compare which centre you like, 1st you should consider the location which is convenient for you to go. I can't say which one is better, I chose Planet, because near to my office.

我淨係join過pure, 佢地ｄ先生都有分美式同印度兩種教法, 但我都發覺跟印度人學會學多好多唔同既posture, 佢地會先做demo比你睇, step by step咁話比你知要注意d咩, 我個人覺得咁樣show比你睇會好過用口講點點
至於booking問題, 我試過online booking waitinglist 第15-20都wait到, 好似上星期六, 我9:05打電話去book 11:30堂, 佢話waitinglist full左要上去standby, 咁我咪係上堂前15分鐘走上去standby, 我見我係standby list上面第二個, 但最後都可以上到堂喎

aiya,honey jandt, never think u know sthg already. presever an open-minded heart so that u will never over look everything.
if i have time, i may go. actually, it is basic knowledge abt yoga. all of us shld know it. but who knows there is only one sentance important . treat it as a revision & a chance to remind our heart.

Hi rabbit,

好多謝您比的意見，其實我已經試晒三間嘅trial class（Pure Yoga, Planet and Yoga Plus), 對一個初學者來講，三間嘅導師都無咩分別，唔知咩叫做好、咩叫做唔好，但如妳所講要考慮location先，那麼Pure Yoga and Yoga Plus最近，而Planet就要行遠少少，講價錢就Planet 最平，就因為Planet 最平，所以最多人上，怕較難即晩book或stand by，book 咗唔去又要罰錢，4點後cancel又要親自上去cancel, 就因為這些原因，令我唔係好敢join Planet，所以才要請教妳們比d意見！

Ng... for me.. very welcome to see the rules wor.. no rules.. then must be very confusing. If you tried 3 of them.. then I let you know my feeling with Planet & Pure.. actually I joined Pure & Planet a few years ago for a year each. Then re-joined Planet in Apr 06.
I like Planet cos they've very good instructors & of course the location. FYI, I joined 6 years plan!!!

I'm back !

成個星期冇上yoga,頭先lunch上番pat yoga,唔覺太stiff,仍然做到forward bend,但balance冇之前咁好同埋thighs muscles又冇之前咁好力.我諗上番一兩堂會好番d.
