Suppose I've a 2nd trial class tonight at 7:30pm - Ashtanga Vinyasa Series 1, but I cancelled. Because when I still can't decided to join which yoga centers, I don't want the sales force me again. She was so hard sell when I tried the 1st trial class. Almost can't let me leave the center because I haven't sign any contract.

So, I don't think she will let me go after the 2nd trial class. That's why, I've to make my decision first!

The 2nd reason I don't want to join Planet is because they only have 2 Prenatal class each week. And the one on Tue is 2:30-4:00, how can the working pregnant women attend. I'm planning to have the 2nd baby in early next year. That's mean I only have 1 prenatal class can join every week in my pregnant period.

the sales is the same bor! but she is ok to me bor.. even I introduced a few friends to try.. she never pushed them.. some tried twice then didn't join. How about let me tell her you're my friend, then I guess she won't push you any more la.. if ok with you, pm me your name la.. I can talk to her tonight.

我係旺角既pure上架
我自己覺得美式教法會比較注重做出黎既posture岩唔岩, 同埋一個posture會hold好耐
而印度教法就會注重個flow, 由一個posture轉到另一個posture會好smooth, 唔會hold好耐, 佢地會希望你feel your body, 好relax咁做所有posture

actually I don't agree, traditional yoga also would hold a pose for long time, it's upto which instructor (at least in Planet), Ashtanga in Planet, 2 different instructors, one can hold for 20-30 sec, the other may 15 sec...

But traditional also focus on breathing. But the details... better to ask jandt to explain!

yes, samrat, I highly recommend his class to you! in Planet, I usually attend samrat (6 classes), kapil (2 classes) & indian dance weekly.

So have you keep exercise before?
if no, you may try Samrat's Ashtanga first, AV is good but a bit tough, of course if he knows you're new, then will keep-an-eye on you. what is your 1st trial lesson? who was the instructor? can you remember?

so.. you're now pregnant again? I saw your big head photo... you've a baby wor..

of course they don't follow the flows 100%, maybe only 60%, kryoga should be ok, cos focus on lower part.

thanks for your comment! 旺角既pure is nice, it is the newest one and the biggest one too. I think that's much more easy to book/stand by.

No exercise before except in the pregnant period last year. I joined prenatal yoga at that time in a small yoga center.

I'm not pregnant now, but I plan to have the 2nd baby. My 1st baby is almost 9 months old la.

My 1st trial lesson is Cathy-Kryoga. She is good (I think) and the best is she's speak in Cantonese.

She is OK to rabbit, may be rabbit refer a lot friends to join yoga there.
