另要睇天氣濕度, 皮膚乾唔乾, 落雨天就少d, 冬天就多d, 有時搽左上面都覺唔多夠濕, 會再用多少少, 睇情況而定

maybe now i'm doing the IPL, so my skin is a bit dry, hence i need to use 3-4 drops each time.

rabbit, you only use 2 drops of b5, your skin is very supple wor.

jandt, i'm using 60ml b5, so the dropper should be larger than 30ml? that means my skin is really dry la. :-( :-(

你會唔會係之前用的toner唔夠, b5個原理係有水比佢, 佢先會幫你留住d水份, 你比唔夠水佢, 用b5會越用越乾

easy job, I apply it (cream testure) on my face, then watch TV or online, only for 10 mins.

& I feel once the skin's base is protected very well, then other problems like spots, wrinkles, or oil nose... will become better!

i usually wear glasses at home, i have to lie down to do the mask without glasses.... i planned to do the eye lasik at the end of the year, after that i can do mask easily....

dehydrate made lots of problem, hydrate mask is very useful, the skin is good as a baby...

sometimes i was too lazy to put anything on my face before sleep, but never forgot to put toner before b5 or message oil after b5, they are connected, if you understand the theory, you won't forgot anymore

very simple theory

toner / floral water : 有養份的水
b5 :吸收水份, 留在皮膚裡, 如果你無事先比水, 佢會吸你深層的水出來的, 咪會越來越乾囉
lotion / cream : 鎖水及油

係咪好簡單呢
