我琛琛雖然都試過流鼻水,咳,睇過3次醫生,但就完全無腸胃問題,好過我個大仔好多。我覺得食母乳係令佢身體好d架。

我就一早book左6月7日去仁安開刀。waiwai後日就一歲咯,預祝佢生日快樂,精靈活潑！有無打算點慶祝呀？

點解咁快諗住減奶呀？唔係食多d奶好d咩？我諗到bb食極都唔飽先俾佢食多d其他食物,食少d奶。

Hi, 我BB由9個月開始補奶粉,現我想開始回奶, 請問如何做呢?

hi,

i'm still breastfeeding, my b refuse to take formula....

:-( , i tried to feed him with spoon but he only take 2 spoons...
and as he's not sleeping well, wake up about 2 times every night, and when he drink mama milk, he only drink the first part and stop drinking very soon, about 5mins everytime....he's very skiny.....one doctor suggest me to add formula cos mama milk is not nutrition enough for bb now, but another doctor said no rush....i'm going to ask mother-child health care clinic nurse on 6/6 when bb have injection there

he's having 2 congee a day, almost 2/3 bowl everytime

Hi scmnhh,

From my limited experience (well, I only have 1 baby), if your bb is not drinking a lot of milk at nite, plus, your b is eating solid ok, he shouldn't be hungry, but it has just become a habit for him to wake up at nite and he couldn't settle himself back to sleep w/o drinking your milk.

The same thing happend to my b when she was about 7 mths. I was just too tired to wake up for her everynite, so my theory was, as long as I think she's not hungry/thirsty, I let her cry, and she would cry 30 min or so, then went to sleep. And the crying got shorter and shorter, and since she's about 9 mths, basically she sleeps from 7:30pm til around 6am (well, she wakes up and cried for 5 min or so around 4 am occassionally, but very seldom), but in general, she sleeps ok. Plus, a long sleep like that is a good quality of sleep, I think. So,... it will be hard to hear the baby cry like that,... but it works, and in a long run, it's good for both you and the baby, so think about it.

And from my own opinion, breast milk is nutritionally enuf, you want the quality, not the quantity, so as long as your b is healthy and happy, it doesn't matter whether he's skinny or fat.

No, I am not in a hurry to cut a milk feed, it's just that I read the Gina Ford book and she suggests to cut 1 milk feed and have the baby to eat more solid when the baby turns to 1 year old. So the total consumption she suggested is about 21 oz before 1 year old to around 13-14 oz after 1 year old. But I am not sure, maybe the amount should be cut down very gradually?!

多謝 ! 原本 waiwai book 左 6 月8 日係仁安開刀, 可惜早左 1 星期, 無機會與你見面

我 6 月2 日會幫 waiwai 係麥當奴開生日會, 請家姐好好既同學仔& 我 best friends , 家人. 而上星期 6 就同 waiwai 係 disneyhotel 食 buffet & 食生日蛋糕( 1 家 9 口). 正日星期 5 就普通買個蛋糕仔食就算.

我都贊成marathon意見,首先訓練好BB自己瞓覺,咁樣對大家都好,BB識自己瞓夜晚醒左就識自己瞓返。

我都試過幾次訓練BB,第一次佢4-5月大,因晚晚餵到佢瞓著,點知擺低又醒,所以我幫佢建立瞓覺程序：
食奶---洗口---唱幾隻歌---錫一啖---講早抖
跟住放落BB床,第一二日喊左成個鐘至瞓著,但係第34日已經只係喊幾十分鐘,第56日就幾分鐘就自己瞓,開頭真係好心痛,我同老公一路「裝」佢,好彩大家明白,咁係為佢好,結果一個星期都唔洗就成功左。

之後BB因為病夜晚咳醒,要我餵至肯瞓,變左又回復返原來咁,要再訓練過,但因為果時已經識企,所以無咁容易成功,但最後都係用左一星期。

至於佢只係食5分鐘,我睇過一D資料話有DBB食得好快,5分鐘就食完,佢飽自然就會唔食,所以我諗你都唔駛太擔心,總之你餵到佢唔食就得喇。營養方面,無理由第D野會好得過人奶,既然佢肯食粥,你可以磨爛D魚,雞,肉,菜等有營養嘅野俾佢一齊食咪得囉。

係咯,去健康院時同姑娘傾下都好架！唔好唔開心啦！
