My chocolate cyts size: 2.2 to 2.5, one on my left side.
When I went back to my Infertity doctor to check, he saw it disappeared and smile and ask if I went to a Chinese Doctor..... Dr don't recommend chinese medicine, because of the quality of the medicine, but he encourage accupuncture.
My point is: have a try before an operation, only 1 to 2 months of the whole treatment period. And, after u went to the chinese doctor for a few weeks, he will tell u if the chocolate cyts will disappear!

I had the chocolate cyst removed last year too. My cyst was 9cm! It was huge! I didnt know i was carrying such a big cyst until I did the pre-marriage check up ! How scary!!
Im fully recovered now and I dun get severe period pain like i ussed to !
I have been trying to get pregnant since October but until now.....I still hv no good news yet! So im extremely worry!!
Im seeing a chinese doctor now ...and he said the cyst can affect the chances of getting pregnant! Im very upset about it too!
