I used a small towel to cover her forehead, so water will not go through her eyes directly. She's ok with shower. I've just changed to shower this month. She's 19 month now.
my two kids are not afraid of the shower. i think you can try this on their backs / hands/ feet first. My maid is good at 照頭淋 then cover her hands on the kid's face. My children have no problem with that. :-P
