my bb have the skin problem at his first 18 months.
at the first six month he drinks 安嬰兒 he sometimes has so red and 濕疹 on his face and body. Then, I change 日本雪 印 at his seventh months, his 濕疹 is more serious and serious. At that moment, I always to consult the doctor with him because of the skin problem and use the doctor medicine cream each day.
At last, I change the Nestle Nan H.A. , Because I get the information from the nurse about the baby 蛋白敏感. After I change my baby become more healthy and do not have any skin problem. Also, no any use of the doctor's medicine cream. If you have any problem about the skin problem about yr baby(e.g.sensitive and 濕疹 ) you can phone to Nestle BB enquiry hotline 2179 8333 the nurse is helpful and give you the useful information.
My son has the same case. He is 11 months old now and I changed the 大仔 Beanstalk for him at the 10th month. His poo poo is more watery at the beginning (3 weeks), then very hard. I took him to see doctor last Saturday as he bleeds a little bit after poo poo. The doctor said his 肛門裂開 because the poo poo is too hard. He suggests me to change back to 細仔 for a while. Then go again for the 大仔. If the case happens again, that means 大仔 is no good for him and I have to change to another brand or use the 細仔 forever. He said it is actually not so necessary to change to bigger boy formula. Just use the younger boy formula is absolutely OK.
So I urgently bought the 細仔 from MBK ($250/can, 卓悅 is out of stock). His poo poo became very nice just taking the 細仔 for one day. I'll let him have 細仔 for two weeks then try the 大仔 again. Cos I have just hand carried 13 cans from Osaka myself. If they are really good for my son. I'll sell them. As it is good to other babies. Just no good to my son.
You can buy it in any drug store. Some BK Mom said can be found in Toy's R US & Jusco. But I bought in a baby store (Like 荷花). It is a very big baby store in Japan. You can find it in many cities like Tokyo & Osaka etc. Their website is http://www.akachan.jp. The one I visited in Osaka is the main store, has 11 storeys. Each storey sells different products. From new born up to about 8 years old.
I bought one in a drug store costs Yen 2,000 (大仔). Then 12 cans from Akachan. About the same price. Hope my son can take the 大仔. Otherwise, I'll need to sell them out and I'll post the selling note in BK here.
