好掂呀!我都試過上庭win左，但就無遇到D咁差既官.

但係我想問，可以call police 上門睇住佢寫信既咩? 會吾會比佢話我浪費警力? 咁call 既時候講咩?

Would you also share your case as you are a winner? I call police because the stupid maid did something crazy, I just call the police to help. Two police were very nice and helpful , even they help the maid to carry her luggages when she leave. The police said that this kind of case always happen,they know that the maid like to play tricks.

Luckily that she is O.K. now.Her disease is treated,and confirm that she is not have baby now (She did two times check up for pregnacy test is positive before) Two of my children have test at the school in this week , so I have long time not on line. Looking back, I find that my two ex-Yans are really funny and laughable, and they really look very "Arm-Charm".

I feel for you. As a mother I truly understand how troublesome it would be in your situation. Best luck to you and many thanks to you for your useful advise and inspiration a few months ago when I had a battle with my run-away maid (who is on the right picture below). It's so nice of you!!!!!

Can you partially share the name of the translator? I'm afraid this is not the first time for him/her to do it. Even worse, maybe this is a common practice. But it's the first time he/she met a bright employer who made a formal complain.

當然可以,多謝你成日係呢度指教我地野就真. 我只希望僱主唔好怕的玩野工人,上勞工處或勞資庭不要怕,只要自己有理,一定要企硬.更要比佢地知道我地呢班苦主唔係豬到任人屈.我地係納稅人,唔係凈係的官有權,我地都有好多權利架! 我得閒都一定上呢度跟你地學野

I don't know the name of the translator, when I make complain , high court will know who is according to your case . I think some of the staff will abuse their right. ButI know that 在勞資庭有兩種translator, 一種係part time ,另一種係permanent. 我complain果個係part time,回信話已向她出warning,而佢再比人complain就可能唔用佢.

其實的翻譯,佢同工人講乜我地都唔知.
