I just registered 渣打 10 KM. I usually run 20 mins to 30 mins in gym after my son go to bed. It is good recommendation to try 渣打 10 KM. I think I should start running on the street . Each time should not be less than half hour. I just wonder whether I can run 10KM in Feb. It is a big challenge for me.
I try to run 3 times a week either at 7am or 11pm. Half hour each time but it is quite tough to run in the morning and have to rush back to work. At night, it would be more relax and not many people running at that time.
