我以前係要搵公証人做的.而家吾知有無改.睇清楚移民局比你信件要求先做.一般拎去外國用嘅文件係要由公証人做certified true copy 的.公証人嘅收費係以多少個簽名計.所以我以前係叫個公証人做一張 notarial certificate to certify all the attached documents. I am not sure if Canada Immigration Department still accept notarial certificate. You may need to check.
