It is because Japanese always give the best to their kids.
=>日本學校啲設計是防震最高級別的,
=> food for kids are the best quality,
=> clothes for kids are the best quality...
And almost all Japanese agree that they should give the best to their kids, and protect them.
However, in mainland China......
milk powder, food for kids, schools,........
=> are the worst quality....... (because kids are the weak group in the city)
