I will renew the contract as it is very hard to find a helper not greedy and not stealing. Besides she can take care of 2 kids, not a lot of helpers are willing to take jobs with 2 kids. My helper demands own room and good meals from me. But she takes care of my kid well and willing to cook us dinner and do all the housework even after her day-off on Sunday. And she is flexible not taking day off when I need her to stay home.
