i shdn't 'soft heart', and stick with Cheung Wing, and just let her cry...
i don't want to compensate 1 mth salary to her as already paid 1.6k to agent, 600 for body check.
when she comes back work for me again, i will be v strict to her, or maybe make her resign herself.
normally i give her $300-500 lai see each time, now will be $100.
i plan to buy her a wedding gift or cash $500, now no more.

start from the beginning, shd not treat the maid too good, just treat her as a worker not family member.

1 May, back on 27 Jul
why i have to keep her because I will have my 2nd baby due in mid Jul. Maybe new maid is even worse than her.
New maid will be on board in mid April, I will see if this new maid can handle major duties, if yes, maybe can cancel the contract.
i think it's a bit late to cancel her contract which is unfair to current maid. or else shd cld have found another job. it's too tight for her to find another in 1 mth time.

sigh...i have to blame myself not think carefully!
actually i didn't know she will get married until after i renewed her contract ga! she didn't tell, she only told my HB, my HB told me later ja.

駁咀、貪心、放矢 --- 通通都唔可以接受！ 其實又唔係所有印都係咁嘅，你唔需要接受命運比件咁嘅野控制住渦。

我咁耐請過 3個印印。1個有態度問題，另外2個無！ （當然呢2個也有其他工作上問題，但唔係無大無細）

不如就而家開始比一個月通知佢啦！等佢上左路就唔好返歸喇。

If yes, and if i were you, i will give her one month notice to terminate the new contract. At the same time apply for a new one from oversea.

If you need help when "坐月", you may seek for a 陪月 right now.

I cannot stand such maid, cos i am the boss, not her.

yes, i m a full-time mum, hired a full-time 陪月 for Jul too.
although i've hired an extra maid, she may not come.
sigh...hiring maids are so troublesome.
i will see if the new maid is good, if yes and can accomplish most tasks, i will cancel new contract with current maid. just give her a call when she's in Indo and ask her not to come back (give her 1 mth salary, as i will be paying her $250 more /mth, 1 year already $3k more, 2 years $6k more). giving her $3580 is still less than giving her $6k. if hire new maids, I just need to pay $3580.

my HB is always on the side of the maid and thinks I always exaggerate and made up stories...
he thinks I m quite harsh/mean whereas I am very handsoff and let the maid does the tasks she wants and didn't force her to do more cleaning or wake up earlier (she wakes up at the same time as my kid at 8-8.30am).

she never admits she did smthn wrong even she's wrong.

i only quarrel with my HB just on my maid's issues. rarely quarrel with him.

the maid has affected r/ship with my HB. so i think it's time for her to go. i m super super stupid and super regret renewed her contract.

If your new maid is OK and following to be your decision, I suggest you just wait and dont call...she may have decided not to come back anyway!!This is my feeling, and expectation for a maid
who takes 3 months leaves...especially her wedding!!! NO RETURN!!)

If she dosen't come back, she breaks the contract thats the best.(you not need to pay)
If she does, you still can fire her with one month notice ga wor.
You are full time with maid + Pui Yuet... I dare to give notice instead of money, if i were u!

我剛剛新請嘅印印都係話要坐cx喎, 佢係香港完約工人, 完咗約會先返印尼放假, 之後再嚟我度
但我同agent講,我只會比長榮價, 如果佢要坐佢自己比差價,個工人最後都ok
不過agent同我講, 而家好多印都係會要求坐cx, 因為安全啲喎

新約出左visa但係工人未到港都要賠1個月通知金? 點解呀? (咁工人出晒visa至話唔黎hk打工, 我係咪可以去勞署開file追佢通知金呢?) ---> 一日工人未因2nd contract而踏入hk境內, 你都可以cancel 份新約, 最多都係無左doc fee.

工人last day 係30 april? ---> 如果工人last day 30 april, 你依家俾一個月notice佢, 一個月後咪KO個工人囉, 話之佢坐 budget airlines 啦，個人上到(機)，行李上唔到貴客自理，last day至好俾機票個工人簽收.

加人工都仲要齊頭4k, 第2張約仲有extra maid佢仲唔大支野? extra maid都做埋佢妹仔啦!

咁鐘意CX就自己買，轉到９彩至俾佢返到鄉下仲good呀，最多咪俾多一日路費囉，都係加一百之嘛，要佢o係機場transit 等十幾個鐘都好喔, 貪得無厭！

Both party can cancel the application at any stage before the contract started.

She asked why you treat her like that? Ask her why you need to pay her more, why you need to wait her for 3 months, why you need to listen to her BS!
