I just called the Macao Water Services and there is a lady answered the phone, she told me you can just give them your contract number or your address and they will tell you how much is the bill of this month and then you go to the Water Company or Electricity Company to get a new copy of the bill and pay them on the same time. (That's what she told me to do just now).
