Anyway, no need to worry too much about him, he is pretty harmless.... just don't stare at him when you see him and it would be okay, otherwise he may yell at you.... but if you shout back he would chicken out......

He used to have a girl friend when he was kind of normal before.....

我搬入來不久但也見過史迪仔好幾次，可能天氣熱，我見佢都係穿頹T+短褲涼鞋，未見到佢奇異打扮。

Just guess, for Japanese living in TM, usually they concentrate in one or two places....
