my maid took care 4.5 yr and baby. No grandparent can offer help.
I buy all food and things near my office lunch time, maid no need to go market,
I also order vegetable and meat delivery to my home through internet,.
I did not request her clean window, and don't care about house work.
only request her to do basic cooking, and cleaning,
I will make package of baby food in Sat and Sunday, ready for her to cook in week days ( like dumpling with meat and vegetable ), and keep in fridge, ask her to cook simple for children's lunch, all steamed food as I do not want her to stay in kitchen all the time when I am away.
Safety is most important, I tell her.
I also take care baby in evening , sleep with me becasue I breast feed.
其實，我覺得好睇個工人係啲咩人囉，so far 我個姐姐都算照顧得我兩個女幾好，當然清潔呢樣唔可以話可以去到100%囉。我大囡出世就請佢啦，依家一個20個月大，一個7個月大。最先細囡出世頭兩、三個月，我老爺，奶奶都有過吓嚟幫手睇吓，後尾都無啦，完全係姐姐一個攪掂，佢仲可以有時間睇報紙㖭，我真係比個服字佢。

100%贊同....兩個都咁細個,點放心得落呀?!自己做媽咪既湊兩個都辛苦啦,更何況你想指意外人,點會有心湊得過你呢?有時呢d錢真係唔好慳,無謂攞自己d小朋友嚟搞啦~
