我囡囡平日好野蚊的,但已叮囑工人幫佢搽防蚊膏,所以佢琴日冇事,但因我冇諗住會去park玩,所以冇搽防蚊膏,只搽防晒on face,所以對手臂黑左少少+比蚊咬左3啖.

平日如果預左去做戶外活動,我都會幫個女 & 仔搽防晒,自己更加唔少得(因做緊彩光).我就用澳洲防癌協會出既sfp30防晒,都幾sticky.但我覺得澳洲防癌協會出得必屬佳品,所以冇所謂啦.

sofina真係唔錯,even佢40+度果d防晒都唔sticky.但我又見過有bk mom話防晒如果唔sticky其實冇用喎.唔知真定假呢?

in fact I feel we've a lot of things are the same/similar, like yoga, beauty... & oil, I've a lot of essential oils, like Ylang Ylang, 天竺葵,葡萄籽油,檀香,柠檬,荷荷巴油,茶树,尤加利,薰衣草,雪松,橙花..... around 30 pcs at home! haha... I wasted so much $$ on oils la, yoga la...

唔知係咪琴日搏命得濟,今日條頸有d梗梗地.

琴日又做唔到lotus pose喇,左腳得右腳唔得,同埋琴日唔知點解隻右腳掌有d cramp,連d普通動作都唔係做得好耐.

I'm not rich ar... the oils not really expensive, some of them are only $6x/bottle. Laser for face... I feel expensive la... (maybe because I feel I'll get more after did the laser)! so save the money for other purpose!

& you spend a lot on child lei!

i got 48 kind of essential oil because of the wooden box only have 48 holes, otherwise will more than 100....

where did you buy the oils ?

My friend ordered 100% rose otto from Bulgarian farm, i shared 5ml from her, less than $100/ml, this one is very very strong, i usually diluted into 25%, somebody diluted into 5%, still very very strong, much much better than Alqivima, i can bring it out and let you smell, if you like it, i will ask my friend to share 5ml to you

no yoga tonight, my dog got hurt and me to take care of him

i personally don't have much habbits, so i don't need to spend much $ on my habbits. $ spend on children is something we must do, otherwise don't have baby la. in fact, i don't think i spend a lot on my children, only a few hundred each month ja wor.

spend on child is a hugh investment! like heib... ballet, yoga, piano, english.... I guess around $2000 per month

but we can't avoid it.. cos those are most important much than my habbits!!!

In fact I have a lot of habbits ga... but now I've to choose... so only yoga, diving & oils law...

yes yes, spending on child is a hugh hugh investment. it's lucky that my daughter doesn't like ballet, otherwise = $$ again. the $ I spend on my daughter's eca each month should be around $15xx.

although i don't have many habbit (only baking), i need to spend quite a lot on insurance for myself and my kids ah.

it is a very good idea to tailor-made floral water by ourselves, oil flows on top of water, solubiliser or vodka solvent them into water, you may order solubiliser from little-delight or buy vodka from supermarket, when we soak in a bath, same theory, un-solvent essential oil are too strong for our skin, same quanlity as 水溶性香薰 in the market

depending whether you want the kid to go to playgroup or not and depending what kind of playgroup you enrol for the kid. for my case, my daughter only went to playgroup when she was around 14 months old and we only enrolled her to some local kindy-formed playgroup, it's only $8x per class. So, i didn't spend much on my daughter when she was under 1.5 age. when she reached 2, we sent her to full-day nursery which cost around $2,400 per month. apart from nursery class, we also enrolled her to some rather expensive playgroup which cost around $18x per class. so the monthly expense raised up to over $3000 per month.

:-( :-( :-( forgot completely to book a class on Sat. have to bear in mind on Sat morning to see if I can get a seat la. :-( :-( :-(
