I placed my order on 26/4 and I got the confirmation on the same day.I got another email said they have my order shipped on 1/5 and the order arrived on 3/5.They have to charge your account before they can ship your order.So just wait for another day or two.I am sure you will get yours soon

Yeah but it took 7 days for just an email after placing order..... Totally unexpected

Saks will not let you return products unless there is defect (even you bought wrong size). I will never ever buy from them as no protection.

There were many negative comments about their customer service on website.

I returned one of my pair of shoes which cost $186 and need to pay $39.x DHL fee. They only allow you send them back by DHL at customer's cost. My shoes are right size but with defect (black mark at the back of a pair of beige colour shoes).

Sorry to hear that.I have same problems when shopping on other online stores.Sometimes we just have to cross our fingers after ordering online
