You can enter multiples addresses, just add the Singapore address (and 收件人姓名） to your address book, when you proceed to payment, the price will be auto adjusted

I just tried adding SG address and tried to ship there but the product price was about 8% more and postage 10% more!
I guess there was a short period doing promotion for SG customers but ended? just like a member said HSBC offered a promotion recently buying $5000 less $1000 but ended.

Bettywong80, I tried to order again just now, the price still shows ~$4170 bor, did you remember to change the address to Singapore address? And the revised price will only show up after you proceed to payment and change the address
