As my hubby needs to work in SG, my family will move to SG for few years in next month. I will continue my full time mom life in SG. Could you share your SG experience with me e.g. first move in, child life in SG, etc?

如果你有多時間,但又吾想行太遠,不如你落去機場地庫超級市場,睇下有無必需品,買定d都好o架,一定平過係島入面買!

call車都好平常o架!....早幾年有7成的士都係靠call,所以好難係街度"折",梗係啦一程比多2蚊喎!

你好!就"娘惹菜"我專程問過一名土生新加坡朋友,佢對我講,娘惹菜最有特色係將中國菜結合馬拉菜,而另一樣最大分別是,在馬拉菜可以食到豬肉,因為馬拉大部份是回教徒,所以沒有豬肉食的,只有在娘惹菜內食到馬拉豬肉食譜! 所以去馬拉旅行,會比較難買到豬肉干,雞肉干就大把!

小印度以一條正街為中心,如果你想"用手"食正宗咖哩,果度絕對最正宗不過,但如果你真係要去果度,除了小心財物,要記住盡量吾好簡星期日去!因為大部分係星嘅印度民工,都放星期日,到時會迫爆成條街!

London taxi收費同其他taxi一樣,但call車要加SG $8,早半個鐘(advance booking)重要加SG $16,可能分兩架taxi重平.我問過動物園由orchard road去都唔過SG $18,呢架taxi call車費真係好貴. ?-(

我都係同個29個月大囝囝在6月尾去星加坡,主要係帶呀仔去日間動物園同埋史路比餐廳,ducktour就重考慮緊去唔去,因為有4個大人,每人要SG $33,好似好貴,另外你有無去星加坡旅遊局

我地下個月又係全家去星加坡喇，
我已經 book 左 12 號機票走
原來都有 BK 媽咪響星加坡同會去
到時可以約埋出黎，唔駛咁悶 lu......
我會住響 adam road 果個度，

Thanks for your information. You reminded me something that I had overlooked before.

Hi Blaw, Peaho and Elim_mama;
It is a good idea to have a chat or drink in SG later.

If there is no change in plan, I will move to SG in mid-August. My daughter is 27 months old, so the first thing I will do in SG is to locate a school for her. Any advices/suggestions? Please share with me.
