From my girl's saying, it is funny. The team visit some restricted areas of the park. The kids can touch the dophins, feed the sea seal/lion, learn the background of animals like panda, dophins, dinasour etc. Sometimes they have visits, sometimes have studying/games/art & crafts in the room. Lunch - sandwich + juice. Looks educational & interesting. :lol: But a bit expensive.

If your girl joins next year, she will join the elder class & will need to pay more $$$$$$. But worth to try once in her life gei.

music festival，有呀，不過老師叫阿女今年唔好參加住，比心機應付考試。>> that's good to Christy gei, otherwise, too heavy lar.

For my girl, even I would like her to join the Music Festival, but a bit embrassing which level she should join. She joined Grade 1 last yr & now is starting Grade 1 song again. Seems odd to join Grade 1 again but afraid can't manage Grade 2.

Will discuss with Miss tomorrow sin. :-|

好似1 Oct，我女都努力緊首歌>> add oil together

不過...進度都係好慢好慢... >> 慢 work leads to good performance ma. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Actually, I don't prefer his start in piano so early but he has a very good memory.....an advantage in learning piano When he was very small ~ 2.5 yrs old, he could recognise all the keys of the piano,i.e C, D,E,F,G,A,B just after I introduced the 8 keys from Middle C once. And his ear is surprisingly smart. So, just let him start & try. :mrgreen:

That's great! Don't waste your boy's intelligence/potential! You can even ask the piano teacher whether your boy has got "perfect pitch"wor!

embaressing to say ar, half yr Parsons music class (not count lar) + ~ 3 yrs private tutor lar

still Grade 1

so I guess there is no rush to start piano so early gar....really waste $$$. :-| Now I treat her starting at the beginning again, hope she can have a good foundation & create her enthusiasm in piano & music lar. Sometimes we can't rush gei. :lol: (Ah Q's spirit sin) :mrgreen:

ocean park的day camp，好吸引o窩!>> I think so. I am so excited when they (my boy + girl) start to go to the day camp.

My son even told me to join this kind of educational camp next time instead of those courses just for play wow just after his first lesson in OP.

I don't know how educational of the Park summer course but I do realise the teachers were brillant in brain washing.

有機會出年一齊 join OP 既 camp, 真係非常吸引, 雖然都算貴, 但個經驗好似比 join English camp (其實都唔差得幾多) 更珍貴 :-P !

Maggie 個 wild camp partners 全部都係學校既同學仔, 三日兩夜, 跟 leaders 上山下村, 搭營洗碗執拾自己一腳踶, 接番佢番黎既時候, 見到個個都散散地 :lol: , 不過都係個好好既經驗 :-P !

I'm sure you're a good mom---> have you heard that "好媽媽慢慢來"？
Some Music Festival's pieces are harder than ABRSM's exam pieces (one grade higher). So gr.1 in the former=gr.2 in the latter.

Thanks for your generosity in giving me a platform to step down.

"好媽媽慢慢來" -> actually I can't hurry up lar, my girl's talent is limited not like yours.

So, need more time & practise to compensate law.

Music Festival vs Exam -> thanks for your advice.

then I better seek teacher advice & let my girl sit for Grade 1 again in the Festival.
