how you 發作呀? Tell us pls! Remember there must be good days and bad days, but don't care too much about the bad days as they would finally be over.
口乾and冇胃口, will last a few weeks according to my experience. Drink some more water and it's nice to your health too. I took Zoloft too when I first consult doctor. It will take effect at least 2 weeks (or even longer) after your first dosage. Don't worry!
發作 is rather normal, even for those who have recovered. Pls don't see 發作 as failure as the definition of recovering is that you don't fear anymore even if really 又發作.
Just like one of my best friend, after reading my book "no more panic" for curiousity, told me that she remembered she had exactly the same experience (once in her life when she was doing facial in the beauty centre)of panic attack. SHe felt breathless, dizzy, helpless, fear for no reason, asked the girl to remove the mask right away, but she jsut simply ignore it afterwards. I realise that's why other people won't have panic disorder. A lot of ordinary people had panic attack in their life just like what my friend experience, but they would just ignore and not worry. SO we are also ordinary, just like others in experiencing panic. But we need to learn to live with panic and not to totally get rid of it....

Well, I have always told myself to apy more attention to beauty rather then spending time on worry. I'm still working on "losing weight" for a few pounds and I need to keep going. I swim every other day but it doesn't work too much except to make myself darker. And I love eating snacks so much. I love fishballs, siu mai and coke before I sleep and it's addictive.:-( :-(
