start to evening , she got 39.8 C ... grandmother already bring her go to see doctor ... but she cry too much ! I am angry with my husband, becasue he don't get Chloe go with me .... :-( :-( :-(
Thank for your blessings. My helper has been here just for 1 day. Today she worked very well, very clean and into details. My little Charmaine always calls her name, but not yet to be close to her, I think this really takes time to adapt to a new caregiver. I really hope this time will be OK...

I went to the CWB agency Friday morning (7/10) to complain my mum's new helper. She was terrible in cleaning and personal hygiene.... very serious mistakes she has repeated everyday even I have taught her and demostrated to her how to work, as simple as washing bowls, hand-wash baby's handkerchief.. etc etc.. she always left the detergent on the bowls, handkerchief even after washed. And she use baby's handkerchief to wipe the floor!!! Very terrible and unreliable... made me feel very 貨不對版 as her CV said she is good in household chores with 2 years working experience in Singapore. I took the helper back to the agency and asked to change for another one, but the Miss chan said will further train her for 1 week before send to my mum again... my goodness!!!! Very 唔抵 if I terminate her... because we have to pay her return ticket and 1-month notice for employing her just 20 days!!!! Since my ex-helper's problem, my mum's helper's problem and my friend's helper's problem.... all of them were finally terminated (except my mum's helper, let's see how she will be after 'further training'), I really feel a bit doubt about the quality of helpers of this agency............................ although I admit that their after-sales service is quite good, but the nature of the helpers are not very well-trained and good.

Yes! I 120% agree with you.... So I have already 先小人, 後君子 told her what I expect and I stressed many times that attitude is very important. And I told her I dismissed my ex-helper becos she has attitude problem to me.... (but I told her in a very nice way like casaual talk) hahahaha!!!!!
