Sorry ar, I don't know the cost cos' I am the receiver everytime.

But my husband said that "speed post" is cheaper.. But it is long long time ago..when he is my bf

aiya, 我次次都係斷估咁加水咋, (我用魚袋入住d中藥, 加水至過咗包料咁囉), 跟住煲約莫45mins.
咁啱次次都有3樽8oz多少少.
