For me, I have a daughter already. And now I pregnant for twin boys 36 weeks. I also feel that the contraction started earlier than the 1st pregnant. But I cannot remember which week, may be after 25 weeks. If the contraction happens frequently, the doctor also say the possibility to early born. You can prevent to stand or walk for a long time(>0.5hours). And you can massage the tummy when the contraction so that it can relax very soon.
Don't be worry because your baby will feel stress.

I have one daughter and now pregnant for twins.
It is a really difficult decision.l
My experience is as following.
I went to Japan with my hubby when my daughter is 1.5 years old. At the four days, I missed her very much and cannot play very well. Every night I call back to HK and on the 3rd day, I prefer the time can pass quicker.
Then, I brought my daughter to go to Japan when she was two years old. The weather of Japan is raining so that she got fever on the 3rd day. She didn't wake up at midnight in the trip. However, the experience is that the trip is focusing to take case of my daughter, we need to choose the restaurant which suitable for her. The place is not too far away from the hotel.
Then, I brought my daughter to got to Singaphore when she was 2.5 years old with my hubby, mother & mother-in-law. This time is o.k. because she is old enough and we have mothers to help to take case although I am pregnanted.
For me, I may think if both of you and hubby hope to bring the twin to travel so it's o.k.
Because I think your twins are just 1 year old, you need to bring their milk and feed them frequently and also change the diapers..., I think a certain difficulties to do that in travelling. So, may be if a close relative can help to take care of them with your maid in HK, this will be better.

Thank you for your sharing. I have booked 5 days package to Japan at the end of October. Most probably I will leave my twins at home with the maid. It is now still puzzling how to settle them with the maid.
