Problems:
一上課就派 notes, 派 questions. 你可以一邊 listen我解 notes, 一邊 do; 可 listen 完先 do; 又可以唔 listen, 淨 do. 總之係 open-book 找 answer = comprehension. 仲係 group work 不限人數, 全班40人交一張都 ok.

條question (簡化后) 是: " _______ was the home of ....." = 擺明問地點. Notes wrote: "...... lived in ________." 仲要問答案係咪人名

我唔求佢地知 correct answer, 但點都無由唔識解 'home' 'live'. 須知個個有本 e-dictionary, classroom 外有 on-line yahoo.com.hk dictationary 幾部.

Are they serious or just play you

Kristymami: serious ga. 一山還有一山低. Luckily, I just come across few (no more than 5). Maybe more 'lower mountains' later, especially after the mid-term test. MY experience is that even u give them the exam questions beforehand for preparation, around 50% will not prepare.

Still, there is something for me to appreciate, e.g., shoe-polishing, know how to pretend sorry and make up an excuse when they are late, pretend listening to me with one ear wearing the head-phone hearing MD, know when to show up (when taking attendance in the last 15 minutes), etc.

你話果套劇無睇過, 但而家生活節奏快, 小朋友也可能早熟D掛 :-P 我手上既磁貼已經寄晒比BK沙田媽咪了

你可到自由講場看有沒有可交換的

7仔已送完磁貼, 要集齊一套就快些行動啦

天寒地凍, 人多會暖D我同意, 但現實想實現談何容易

你可以天天陪著他們成長很幸運呢

Do you have the attendence/participation grade? I have 10% for this one and tell the students that as long as you come to class every time, even you sleep every lesson, you are sure to get at least 5% cos it is not comfortable to sleep in the classroom. Some students are veyr smart. They will show up at the beginning of the lesson to put down their school bags and let me know they are here, then go out shopping for about 2 hours, and reappear in front of me during the last 15 minutes when I take the attendence. I would say 'u good i good'.

so do you 請 teachers each chocolate, potato chips and other snack? One girl told/ordered me to remember after eating her chip

chingchingma: 唔關深淺, 係 d 大學生思路, 程度問題.

question 變身后如下:
notes 寫 'Miss 住(lives) 在 MOS.'
填充 question: "_______ 是 Miss 的家 (home)."

話明 group work, 比埋 notes 你地找 answer. 仲要問 ____ 是否填人名.
2個可能:
1. lazy 唔理問セ, 等 Miss 做;
2. 唔知 '住' '家' 點解, 所以唔知問セ.

又所有 keywords/answers 在notes 都 bold 左, 唔係好多字比佢地揀. 點样揀, 都唔應該揀 '人名'

Or 下次用 "Where?" 問, 一定知掟. 只可 short answer, cos 佢地唔識完整句子.
d notes 一句多過10個字, 有逗号, 佢地唔識睇. 如此棟梁

I&IMOM: welcome back. I am not upset cos I know one mountain is lower than one mountain. But I have never thought of there is a mountain that low lor. This time really 'big open eye 界'.

If they have a BA degree, eggegg is sure to have one cos she knows the meaning of 'home' and 'live'.

Actually, I do not expect them to become expert in history. My focus is to train their sense, blowing-water ability and how to pick beans, but they usually end up in '練笨學 lazy.'
