你開頭食zoloft only 1粒嗎?仲有冇其它藥. 呢隻藥都 ok 食左都冇乜唔舒服.呢D 血清素藥房都有得買

I started Zoloft taking 1/2 pill for a week, and then 1per day which last for 3 to 4 months. Feel dry and sleepy at first when dosage increased but it only last for a week or so. Other than that so obvious side effect on me. After that I gradually quit as I found it expensive consulting the psychiatrist (private) and I really forgot to take it as I felt much better. No noticeable side effect on me when I quit it. But don't learn it from me as it's not nice to quit without instruction from psychiatrist. Nowadays I have regular consultation with gov't psychiatrist (just 5 minutes each time to report that I'm fine) but no medication at all.

For other drugs, I was given the "Xanax" at first for instant antidepress, to be taken only when needed. I took it only once or twice and then avoid it as I guess it can be addictive.

Hi,各位!原來有一個討論區令我多d知道呢個病,早知我應早d黎!終於花左8日食lunch時間睇哂, Yeah!我前女友都有驚恐症!我睇左"情緒的傷害",最近睇緊"不再驚恐" & "見焦拆焦",唔知我重有什麼辨法可了解多d呢個病同我可點幫她?

我未睇呢個討論區前,完全不明她心跳得好快抖唔到氣,手陣,嘔同all,最重要我聽極到不明點解她需要再多些關心,但我粗心大意以為她自己克服到,只一味向前沖儲錢結婚!我有請假同她見過情緒治療中心李醫生,亦有聽過講座,但我無細心問食邊隻药?我地剛分手,她一收到我短信/電話就有小小發作先兆,我想問我係咪應該不要再找她等她自己克服好返?

原本我地話婚後生仔,她都努力做輔導,我最後為了她決定不生仔,我都好擔心她十個月好難捱亂諗野!

我睇完妳/你地的個案,大家要努力!加油!

Can you talk with her again, as a friend, if still possible, that you would still want to be next to her to overcome her difficulty? But on yur side, you definitely need to be prepared to give support and encouragement. Even if she refuses, try ask her to read some of posts of other moms in this thread or even to post her message here to see if moms can help. I'm sure she can get some support from here. Best luck!

At this moment, it is impossible no matter what I said. Yes, I'm preparing to give support besides her in order to help later. She does not love reading especially English, she usually asks me to read and tell her. However, I found this forum is very helpful especially you guys & gals can support each other. Also, it is good to see you all share your experience how you overcame it when 病發! I'll try to persuade her read this thread even she hates me so much now. You all add oil I know you all can do it!

Your girlfriend is so lucky to have you!!

Does she have other friends and family members whom she can talk to? Maybe she considers she can do it on her own to find ways to cure la! Do tell her that she's not alone, as there are also some other people suffering from panic out there in this world and these people can help her figure out ways to solve her problem, eg to find the right psychiatrist, medication and sharing. If she wants, she can stilll have a bright future ga! Be positive ! God bless you and your girlfriend!!!!!

No la, I'm not a good boyfriend. 機會比左只是自己無好好把握好好關心一味向前,宜家睇左這裏才明.

Anyhow, she got friends and parents to talk to...but it seems no improvement (I don't know). May be she has her ways to cure.

She knows she is not alone...but it is also not easy for her to trust someone...I also hope she can walk out from the darkness that she feels more comfortable. I remember a statement from a 講座 "要好返千奇五好怕挖藏於你心中深處所恐懼的事,要好返就要克服同面對,同自己講過左就五怕,慢慢就五驚!" She does not trust 輔導員....醫生都信d啦!她天生小小悲觀想野很負面,同我剛好相反樂觀做人,可惜無福份照顧她!

我有什麼辨法可了解多d呢個病?

Hi all,

Don't you enjoy thunder? I love watching/hearing thunder and here it comes again! I'm now sitting by the window watching the thunder above the seaview which I'm facing. Besides, I love typhoon too. Am i insane?!!!

I guess you should be the one who need treatment as you seem to be injured so much in your love battlefied!! which can be shown by the fact that you stay till so late in BK.
