I am channging the formula milk from no.1 to 2 for Hang Hang this week. And, start to add 2nd milk for him next week. As Hang Hang is taking 3 milk 2 congee meal one day and his feeding schdeule as follows;
7AM Formula milk (No.1)
11AM Congee
3PM Formula milk (No.2)
7PM Congee
11PM Forumla milk (No.1)
* I also give him some fruit puree & biscuit in between meals
Like you, I wonder what time is better to change 2nd milk for him. My choice tend to be at night time and then step to morning until totally changed. I didn't mix the 2 formula powder in one meal as I just follow the Pharmacist's instruction.
i agree to let baby try more food but my mom always scare the baby can't take it. she has her own style. and I have no experience . no power to argue with her :-|

佢扭計唔肯自己係床仔玩, 我就放左佢係大床近牆果邊, 我就企左係床既另一邊(唔夠兩尺)準備去街街既野, 點知突然間覺得有野HI到我隻腳, 我即時意識到乜野事, 第一個反應就係將隻腳向床邊壓過去, 跟手的地佢對腳的番佢上床抱實佢, 佢個頭好似掂到少少地下所以都要觀察住, 唉.....都係我衰衰.......
