咁即係佢唔係緊接, 佢要度假後先開始新合約, 如果你填 "押後返回原居地度假", 咁佢個visa start date for your contract 就會同佢本身同前僱主張約個end date 緊接.. 咁咪唔啱囉 ..

因為你填咗緊接, 咁即係佢個 visa date 就係佢完前僱主後緊接, 再去你屋企, 咁就一定唔會係12月開始, 而係10月....
咁又產生問題喇, assume 佢10月已係你工人, 咁如果佢有咩意外, 或其他問題, 你要負責喎 ... 保險上又會出現第二D問題
