If you want to add more banana, suggest you double the banana quantity, and adjust the the flour amount to 200g. Baking powder raised to 1/2 tsp. Others remain the same. (Banana makes the whole thing wet and more flour is needed).用d熟到就難banana會香d。

我次次去親香港個迪迪尼都係秋天or冬天，但我都係咁喎。。
所以我覺得去外國迪迪尼（or other theme parks）係好徙

What?? She doesn't sign? From this you can see her true character...she's very cunning! From my experience, I seldom encounter maids who refuse to sign advisory/warning letters. Those who refused to sign were later proven to be very revolting from their other conducts, and certainky are problem maids. You'd better watch out! If she refuses to acknowledge recepit, you'd better write a remark against the box (which is orignally for her signature) to record that "xxxx had received and read the letter on dd/mm/yyyy and refused to acknowledge receipt".
