Springfield Lake vs Loganlea

there price are quite similar, what is your choice? and base on what ground?

don't know about loganlea, maybe some other will say more on that.

Springfield Lakes, unaffected by the floodings, reaches most places in Brisbane and Ipswich within 30-45 mins. New houses, beautiful environment, Springfield Lakes state school is good, has at least 4 privates schools nearby.

But it is still relatively far away from city, both the Ipswich and Brisbane, still developing, will have train station open in 2013. Quite a lot of people bought houses for investment, plenty of houses for rent and for sale here.

My friend built a house there last year, maybe we should pay him a visit in May! also take a look @ Loganlea.

30 mins from City in Sydney still call inner suburbs.

If you ask me between these two suburbs, I will choose Springfield lakes.

Because, but no offense to anyone, those suburb around loganlea like Slack Creek, woodridge, Kingston is really not for Asian to live in... especially with young family....

Been to Sydney last few days and two weeks ago.... I still find I have right choice to stay in Brisbane.... Sydney.. big city, lots of lots of cars... traffic jam..... house seem very old but expensive, I talked to my colleague, taxi driver everyone also saying that life is very tough in Sydney... too much competition, everywhere is toll road, etc etc....

May be I am too old to take another adventure.....

Suburbs around SL
redbank, Goodna - disadvantaged, severely affected by flood, some residents there purposefully bring their children to SL state sch, said it's better.
Wacol- there is a prison for mentally ill criminals
Inala - predominantly Vietnamese, fresh fish andveggies, Asian food
Greenbank military camp separated by a large area of woods, I often hear sounds of "thunder" during sunny daytime.

Woodridge is one of the most disadvantaged suburbs in Brisbane.

Thanks for your opinion.

I agree with you. I lived Brisbane for 3 years and Sydney for 5 years. Found that Brisbane is more suitable for family with young kids. Moreover, houses are much more affordable!

如果，近sunnybank唔系首要條件，咁springfile lake就會好些，地區新，品流冇咁復雜。我有朋友揀南區的第一原因是近sunnybank，買asia food方便0咼。

my c6 is a British, so would like to find somewhere mixture.
